Where we deliver
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. You can check whether we deliver to your pincode on any product page before ordering.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: usually 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas and North-East: may take up to 10 business days.
These are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen because of weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues beyond our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, and any free-shipping offers are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes. A COD handling fee, if applicable, is shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready, and note that repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also see your order status by logging in to your account.
Address and delivery attempts
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available after the courier's attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or tampered packages
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video, and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
