These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of flavourfulbites.in (the "Website") and any purchase you make from Flavourful Bites ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Products and information

We try to display our products, prices, ingredients and images as accurately as possible. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. Please read the ingredient and allergen information on each product page and pack before consuming. Our products contain tree nuts and may contain traces of peanuts, milk, sesame or other allergens.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (on eligible pincodes). Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card details.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only after we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Discount codes and offers

Coupons and offers are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse offers.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, posting unlawful content or using it for any fraudulent purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the Flavourful Bites name, logo, product names, images, designs and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Grievance redressal and contact

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
